Rental Rifles
If your rifle goes down prior to the course, or during the course, you can rent one by the day ( $65.00/ day). Currently there is a .308 and 6.5 Creedmoor available. You supply your own ammo.
Does Sierra 6 Precision supply the ammunition?
No. Too many brands, calibers, bullet weights, etc to know what your rifle likes.
What power scope is best for the sniper courses?
I suggest a minimum of 10X. The 20X-30X is great for detail, but you don't want to lose the 3-5X on the low side for close shots.
Is the hotel covered with registration?
No.
What are class hours for the week?
The days will generally start at 0800. Most couses are a 4 day/ 40 hr. We will get done when we get done. We should be out a couple hours early on the final day.
Will there be a break for lunch?
No. There will be short water breaks and enough time to stuff some snacks down your throat.
What does it take to host a course?
Simply put, we need access to a classroom for the first day and a 300 yard range (200 will work).
